Service Description

Tai Chi is an ancient martial art proven to improve balance, strength, coordination and breath support, with very gentle, slow movements. Tai Chi can be practiced standing or sitting and is wonderful for any population.   Lori, our expert who is trained in many forms of Tai Chi and QiGong, will guide you through a personalized 45 min session that will incorporate breath, balance, and slow controlled movements.
